FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to removal of substances stuck on surfaces which are in closed containers of stationary and moving vehicles, and can be used particularly in the chemical industry, as well as construction, power engineering and other industries. The device has a case with an intake plate, an electromagnetic coil with an armature, put inside the case, connected to a pulsed power supply, and a spring-loaded shaft with a striker. The coil is covered with a shockproof compound in an armour frame. The shaft is fitted in the armature in line with it. The armature and the shaft with the striker have equal weight.
EFFECT: more efficient cleaning, longer life service of the device, more functional capabilities of the device with simplification of its design at the same time.
