SUBSTANCE: invention refers to chemical-pharmaceutical industry, namely to development of vasoactive composition to be used in treatment of sexual dysfunctions caused by with inadequate local blood supply and/or low lubrication. The local composition for treatment of sexual dysfunctions contains esculoside, purified extract Coleus forskolii, ximenin acid ether, and optionally chosen from icarin, or its derivative, or related extracts, amentoflavone and dimeric flavones Gingko biloba. The icarin derivatives contain 7 hydroxyethyl-7-desglucoicarin, 7-hydroxyethylicarin, 7-aminoethylicarin, 7-hydroxyethyl-3-0-rhamnosylicarin, 7-aminoethyl-3-rhamnosylicarin, 8-dihydroicarin or its glycosides of 7 and 3 positions, while dimeric flavones Gingko biloba contains amentoflavone. These combined vasoactive substances are added to gels or lotions applied on genitals. Application of these compositions can be used to stimulate erection of male and female genitals and intensify orgasm and sexual state.
EFFECT: particularly compositions are effective in treatment of female sexual dysfunctions.
