FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of construction and may be used in manufacture of products from precast concrete. In method of thick lubricant application for manufacture of products from precast concrete in metal container, including application of thick lubricant - lubricating oil layer on internal surfaces of specified container prior to pouring of liquid concrete with creation of protective oil coating, withdrawal of finished hardened product, mentioned layer of previously cooled thick lubricant is applied on upper parts of mentioned surfaces, walls of specified container are heated, afterwards they are cooled prior to pouring of liquid concrete, and in process of mentioned withdrawal walls of specified container are heated for short period of time up to 150°C.
EFFECT: reduced forces for withdrawal of finished products, considerable reduction of occurring defects.
