SUBSTANCE: invention refers to load grippers, and namely to rope grab buckets for transferring loose loads and frozen loose loads. Device includes a fly wheel, a pinion accelerating the fly wheel during lowering of lower cross beam at jaws opening, an overrunning clutch of pinion, which disengages it from gear segment of central hinge at the end of jaws opening, and a drive sleeve with eccentric drive gear clutch.
EFFECT: reducing energy consumption when transferring materials, increasing jaws charge coefficient, and improving jib crane efficiency.
