FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to power engineering and may be used in thermal power plants, and also for cleaning of any pipeline systems: oil pipelines - for removal of heavy oil deposit; water distribution pipelines - for their cleaning from slit; in heating lines - for removal of corrosion products. In device for cleaning of turbo-machine oil system, comprising oil tank, oil pump that supplies oil along pipelines, emulsifier, discharge and drain pipelines, compressed air reservoir connected to flushing injector, and pressure pulsator, flushing injector is arranged in the form of injector - volute with tangentially installed nozzle for inlet of oil - air medium, which provides for cross-annular vortex motion of inlet flow, in body end part of which annular sparger-confusor is installed, which increases longitudinal pulse of air and its direction along wall zone, and between compressed air reservoir and annular sparger-confusor there is pressure pulsator installed, which is arranged in the form of fast-acting valve-gate for provision of helical motion of vortex inside cleaned oil line.
EFFECT: makes it possible to practically completely clean pipelines, including drain ones, from not only sludge, that consists of oil ageing products, but also hard heavy particles of contaminants, carry-over of which into bearings in case of pipelines vibration during turboset operation may result in disastrous accident.
