FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a temperature regulator, which does not radiate electromagnetic waves, for a heating cable and the method used, with possibility of heating and measuring temperature in the absence of electromagnetic waves without shorting one end of the heating cable, used in heating elements like electric floors, electric mats and electrical devices for fomentation. The invention also relates to a heating cable with temperature measurement, which does not radiate electromagnetic waves, and a temperature regulator, with possibility of reducing the amount of heat and temperature regulation without using a separate temperature sensor for regulating temperature of the heating cable or overheating any section of the heating cable and prevention of generation of magnetic field in the heating cable, provided for, without shorting one end of the electric heating conductors, and interruption of generation of scattering electric field.
EFFECT: design of a temperature regulator and heating cable, providing, during heating in household conditions, reliability, minimum thickness of the heater and comfortable conditions during usage.
