FIELD: textile, paper.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to spaceman clothes and can be used in manufacturing of suit sets designed for everyday wearing in standard conditions of long-term flights. The suit consists of a jacket, trousers and a jumper. The jacket and trousers are made from two-layer knitted fabric with an inner and an outer layer. The inner layer is made of natural silk double-twisted threads and the outer layer - of physically modified flax-like polyamide complex single-twisted threads. The outer layer is made from physically modified flax-like polyamide complex double-twisted threads in the elbow, hip and knee zones. The jumper is made from knitted fabric produced from physically modified flax-like polyamide complex textured threads. The fabric is made from physically modified flax-like polyamide complex textured and double-twisted threads in the elbow zone. These threads are simultaneously knitted into stitches. The physically modified flax-like polyamide complex single-twisted, double-twisted and textured threads consist of elementary profiled threads. The profiled threads are characterised by the following nondimensional parameters of cross section geometrical shape modification: filling level - 0.34±10%, deformation level - 1.8±10%, branching level - 75±10%, irregularity level - 1.45±10%.

EFFECT: production of a suit with high hygienic properties for everyday wearing during 16 hours in standard conditions of long-term flights under the air temperature not less than 18°C, which is comfortable, wear resistant, protecting a spaceman against mechanical injuries and being no dust source.
