FIELD: mechanics.
SUBSTANCE: device for connecting two circular flanges such as flanges of rotor items or turbo machine stator includes fasteners passing through the openings in flanges. The first flange has indented shape and recesses formed between solid parts. There are holes in the said solid parts for fasteners. The second circular flange contains indicating elements, which interact with the first flange during flange installation. They inform the builder about correct/incorrect angular positioning between flanges. The indicating elements contain an element projecting outward on the surface of the second flange directed to the first flange. The above-mentioned projecting element is intended for interlocking in the first flange recess when angular positioning of both flanges is correct with regard to each other.
EFFECT: simple and cheap informative element for builder indicating wrong angular position of joined flanged in turbo machine.
