SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to data exchange, more specifically to devices and methods of assigning users time intervals for transmission using sequencing. According to the invention, several user terminals are selectively assigned coefficients for sequence preference. Based on this coefficient, it can be determined whether to transfer data at the current sequence of time intervals or change the type of sequence.
EFFECT: increased bandwidth of the system.
