FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to bore bits designed for boring holes with coring in fractured and alternating in hardness rock at deposit survey for hard minerals and water. The circular bore bit consists of a case with an attachment thread; by means of watercourses the case is divided into sectors, which are equipped with cutting teeth on their end surfaces; the cutting teeth are reinforced with diamond-hard alloyed plates. The sectors are arranged in steps and they form a stepped shape of face; side trailing cutting element made out of diamond-hard alloyed plates operate on this face in a semi-blocked manner. The cutting elements from the side of end surface are arranged with negative front angles to surface of borehole face, which facilitates their self-sharpening.
EFFECT: self-sharpening, reliability and long operation life of bore bit.
