SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pump production. The proposed screw-type centrifugal pump incorporates an impeller with a hub fitted on the hollow shaft and the screw. The said shaft houses an additional shaft with its one end supporting the screw and the opposite end carrying the hydraulic turbine. There are holes in the impeller hub, right opposite the said turbine. There is a channel to return pumped product from the hydraulic turbine to the pump intake arranged between the impeller hub and the said additional shaft. At least, one bearing is fitted between the shaft and additional shaft.

EFFECT: improved cavitation properties.
