Device comprises group of request flow generators, group of received requests counters, group of counters for requests rejected for servicing, group of AND elements, group of prohibition elements, elements OR, elements AND, prohibition elements, units for accidental time delays, reverse counter of occupied channels, reverse counter of turn length, generator of rejection flows, reverse counter of rejecting channels and summator.
EFFECT: expansion of device functional resources due to MSS modeling with n possible types of non-uniform inlet flows of requests for n>2.
