FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, in particular to haematology, and concerns workings out of a way of processing of integral blood or its components. The way of reception of hemin includes blood sampling from an animal, separation of clots into fibrin and erythrocytes, processing of mass of erythrocytes with a 3% Pepsinum solution in a 0.3-0.4% solution of a hydrochloric acid and 1-2% of chloride sodium at 37-38°C within 22-24 hours in a thermostat, filtration of the solution and collecting of the deposit containing a target product, with subsequent drying, thus before filtration the mass received after thermostatting is placed in a water bath for 45-60 minutes.
EFFECT: possibility to exclude dialysis and to reduce time of reception of an end-product.
