SUBSTANCE: group of inventions concerns medicine, namely to agents of the focused ultrasonic therapy of high intensity. The device intended for ultrasonic therapy of high intensity, consists of the ultrasonic converter, the device of reception of images, unit of excitation and a mechanical agent of the drive, bridged to the specified ultrasonic converter, unit of processing of the signals, the calculation of a grey scale executed with possibility before treatment and the block of the management executed with possibility of the termination or continuation of work of the ultrasonic converter depending on calculations of unit of processing of signals. The way of the focused ultrasonic therapy of high intensity consists in reception of original images of target area, carrying out of treatment by radiation of the focused ultrasound of high intensity on target area, an estimation of therapeutic effect, according to images of target area before treatment, the termination of treatment of target area if change between the image of target area before treatment and after treatment exceeds 5-10 gradation of the grey scale having a uniform range of 0-255 gradation from black to white.

EFFECT: possibility to estimate therapeutic effects in real time in the course of treatment and to modify a dose of the ultrasonic focused radiation of high intensity depending on the results of estimation.
