FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: drain valve with a stopper, installed in the flashing tank of the toilet is intended for runoff of any amount of water set by the user, it contains: drain valve support, fixed in the output channel of the flashing tank. Whereat cylindrical zone is located in the specified channel, and matched seating surface is arranged on the lower internal surface of the flashing tank. In the cylindrical zone there are two slots for packings; insulation packings fixed in the slots therefore; cylinder with a case of a hollow cylindrical shape. Thereat flushing pipe containing expanded foam binding clip, expanded foam, plate, packing of the flashing tank and lower plate for expanded foam is located in the cylinder. Besides, the device contains a hollow cylindrical flushing pipe, with open lower and upper surfaces, with two cavities located on its upper side for fixation with pins of the handle of the flushing tank. It also has a surface for installation of a gasket plate formed by reduced diametre on its lower end.

EFFECT: improved operational safety and simplification of the device.
