SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine area, namely to traumatology and orthopedy. The arthrotomy of talocrural, subtalar, talonavicular, calcaneocuboid and navicular joints, open reposition of the huckle bone, restoration of correct mutual relations in talonavicular and navicular joints is performed. The Z-shaped elongation of the heel tendon is moved with the subsequent sealing of wounds. The tendon of the anterior tibial muscle is crossed at an attachment place to a medial sphenoidal bone on 1/2 of its diametre and dissected in a sagittal plane on 4-5 cm in a proximal direction with formation of a tendinous flap. The osteal channel which is passing through the medial department of the bottom surface of a navicular, the centre of the concave articulate huckle navicular surfaces, medial department of a spherical articulate carinate surface of the huckle bone with an exit on its upper medial surface in a zone of transition of a head in a neck of the huckle bone, is formed in a body carinate and a head of the huckle bone in a short oblique direction from below upwards. The tendinous flap is moved through the generated osteal channel and filed to a navicular tuberosity in the excavated-varus position of the foot.

EFFECT: way provides single-step elimination of all components of deformation of foot, balance conservation between muscles of an anticnemion and force of an extension in an ankle joint, achievement of stable bracing huckle bone and carinate bones in correct position, an exception of postoperative complications, reduction of terms of treatment.
