FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: therapy involves cleaning of a postoperative cavity from wound secretion followed with introduction of antiseptic agents. Then daily within 5 days, thrombocyte-enriched plasma clots made of the patient's blood are laid into the trepanation cavity.
EFFECT: reduced bleeding, faster tissue regeneration ensured by growth factors in thrombocytes, prevented fluid loss and formation of serous hypostasis, accelerated wound healing with reduced risk of its infection.
