SUBSTANCE: aerodynamic ground-effect craft has hollow wing with upper and lower aerodynamic surfaces, cavity-saloon with glased windows and side door fixed to chassis wing, twin-fin tail, and also engine fixed above wing. Aerodynamic ground-effect craft is arranged with flat body inbuilt in hollow wing higher than its lower aerodynamic surface under air vacuum and equipped with two rotors with the possibility of rotation clockwise or counterclockwise. Chassis of aerodynamic ground-effect craft is arranged as wheel-type.

EFFECT: increased stability of aerodynamic ground-effect craft in process of take-off, flight and landing.
