FIELD: transportation.

SUBSTANCE: year-round transport vehicle has frame (1), engine (8), brake and movement mode control system. At that front driving wheel (2) is installed in front part of frame (1), and back rotary wheel (3) is installed in fork (6), vertical axis of which is located in bearing of frame back part (1). Wheels (2, 3) are equipped with air chamber of low pressure or chamber filled with porous rubber. Front wheel (2) has diametre of 1000-1200 mm, back wheel (3) has diametre of 500-600 mm. Movement mode control system comprises motorcycle steering wheel (12), which is installed in vertical axis on stand above front wheel (2) and is able to transfer motion from steering wheel (12) to fork (6) of back wheel (3) by means of levers (13) and to control engine (8) operation and brake.

EFFECT: improved cross-country ability and maneuverability.
