FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: invention may be used in aviation industry for design of lifting rotor bushes with ball hinges of all types for newly developed helicopters and gyroplanes, and also for replacement of bushes in serial helicopters and gyroplanes for the suggested ones. Bush of helicopter lifting rotor comprises hub, centrifugal limiter of overhang, turn lever, vane fixation tip. Bush differs by the fact that in hub semi-spherical cavities are arranged according to number of vanes, and on external cylindrical surfaces, which limit cavities, threaded joint is arranged for fixation of ball hinge body to window for exit of cylindrical rod. Inside body ball is installed, which is arranged as a whole with rod equipped with detachable tip for vane fixation. Below on external surface of rod centrifugal limiter of overhang is installed, which interacts with thrust on ball hinge body. At the side of rod vane turn lever is arranged. Jacket of elastic material that embraces rod is installed on external cylindrical surface of ball hinge body window.
EFFECT: reduced weight of helicopter and gyroplane lifting rotor bushes, reduction of their dimensions and reliability.
