FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to pumps with sliding bearings that operate on pumped fluid. Pump comprises body 1 with changeover channel 2, cover 3, impellers 4, which are fixed on shaft 5 installed in body 1 on supports. Part of wheels 4 is oriented with inlet funnels opposite to the rest. Support 6 is installed from the side of pump drive and is isolated from pumped fluid. The second support 7 contacts pumped fluid and is sliding bearing. The latter separates impellers 4 into two groups. Impellers 4 of the first group are oriented with inlet funnels to the side of inlet hole 8 of pump. The last impeller 9 of the second group is located next to sliding bearing of support 7. Pump has the third support 10, which is sliding bearing that contacts pumped fluid and is installed upstream the first impeller 11 of the second group of wheels 4. Bearing comprises insert 12 installed in body 1, and jacket 13, installed on shaft 5. Pump is equipped with changeover pipe 14, which connects inlet hole 8 of pump to chamber 15, which is formed by shaft 5, jacket 13, insert 12 and cover 3.
EFFECT: increase of resource, reliability and efficiency of pump and reduction of its vibration activity.
