FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: road-building material based on cement contains mineral filler and water, in amount of 4-17 wt parts, liquid thiocol with molecular mass of 1,000-8,000 g/mole, which is able to react with cement or water included in material, 0.1-1 wt part of organosilicon resin with structure HS-R-(OR')3, in which R is alkyd group with direct or ramified chain of 1-10 carbon atoms, R' is reaction-capable group, such as -NH-group, vinyl group, -SH-group. Cement used is cement with shrinkage or expansion ratio less than 0.5%, selected from group including aluminate cement, sulfoaluminate cement, sulfoferrite cement, in amount of 4-17 wt parts. It contains filler in amount of 60-91 wt parts, water in amount sufficient for cement hardening and creation of target material, in which specified elastomer fills at least some of its pores and facilitates filler binding with cement. Material has porosity from 2 to 20%. The second version of road-building material is also characterised.
EFFECT: improved elasticity and resiliency of material under action of mechanical loads, operational resistance.
