The device contains six units for generating matrix functions, three correctors, three units for generating difference, three units for generating sum, three delay lines, unit for generating and outputting prior data, and two units for calculating regularisation parametre.
EFFECT: increased accuracy of evaluating information process parametres in measuring systems.
