SUBSTANCE: method provides for extracting medang by liquid nitrogen with corresponding miscella separation, preparing chicory and pomegranate peel, cutting and drying them. Note that drying is carried out in microwave oven till reaching residual humidity of about 20% at microwave oven power providing heating raw material to a temperature inside pieces of 80-90°C during minimum an hour. Then chicory is fried and pomegranate peel is dried to residual humidity of about 5% using convective method. It is followed by mixing chicory and pomegranate peel, soaking obtained mixture in separated miscella with simultaneous pressure boost, depressurisation to atmospheric pressure with concurrently freezing mixture and cryo-mincing it in the medium of escaped nitrogen.
EFFECT: obtaining instant powder for flavoured beverage using non-waste technology.
