FIELD: electric engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wind power engineering and can be used in wind electric plants with rotation. Rotary wind electric generating plant is made in the form of module consisting of rotor with vertical axis rotation and loop-type guide vanes connected to it. Rotor blades are made in the form of cylindrical parabola as per canonical formula y2=2PX, where 3≤P≥1, with bending of blade end at the corner of 45°-60°. Guide vanes are made of fixed plane with clinch at the corner of 30°-45° to guide air flow to the vane, rotating plane with two smooth bends of its ends into opposite direction with corner of 30°-45°, having holes in bends. Ends of vanes are mechanically closed in loop, thereat loop has inertial clamp downwards.
EFFECT: invention provides increase in wind delivery.
