FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine-tool construction and can be used in supports of machine-tools. Screw nut of ball screw pair contains case, where there are installed two half nuts, interacting through balls with drive screw of actuating mechanism. Half nuts are installed with a gap δ by external diametre, excluding deformations of screw spindle while shifting of case relative to screw axis. Angular position of half nuts is fixed by means of two slide half couplings. Vertical projections of half couplings are engaged with grooves in central collar. Horizontal grooves of half couplings are conjugated with pins, implemented on half nuts. Between flanges of left half nut and case it is installed washer and spring pack, solid while assemblage up to design value of minimal loading.
EFFECT: ensured by exclusion of regulation necessity of axial tightness as during assemblage as during the operation process of lathe, it is provided reliability growth of operation of ball screw gear, increasing of durability and reduction of requirement to accuracy of its erection.
