FIELD: shipbuilding.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ship launching systems. The system contains a modular shipboard launcher (L) for vertical launching, comprising top and bottom bases, which can be attached to the deck and substructure of a ship, and a trussed frame installed between them, forming at least one row of cells for mounting transporter-launcher containers (TCC) with launched objects. The top base is made in form of a box frame with partitions which separate cells of the launcher from each other with formation of a chamber, and includes top and bottom diaphragms with openings joined together. Each launcher cell is provided with a protective cover attached to the top base with an actuator for opening the protective cover. In the top base in each launcher cell on the bottom diaphragm there is a cup, in the opening of which a transporter-launcher container is fitted using seal packing from elastic material. Chambers of launcher cells, making up a single row, in the closed position of protective covers form an air duct, which can be linked with the supply and exhaust ventilation system of the ship. Each chamber acts as a section of the air duct and is linked to neighbouring sections of the air duct through openings of the air duct, made in opposite walls of the chamber and provided with rotating valves. The valves are kinematically linked to the actuator for opening the protective cover with provision for closing openings of the air duct when the protective cover is open.
