FIELD: oil and gas production.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to oil and gas producing industry. The installation for thermo-gas-chemical treatment of an oil reservoir and for completion of production and pressure wells consists of a heat-resistant packer, of a bottom-hole steam-gas generator, of a hose-cable, of an electric heater, of pump equipment and shut-off and regulating accessories, and of fuel and water tanks for run-time store and transporting; additionally the installation consists of a process control station together with pump equipment and shut-off and regulating accessories forming a uniform system of control over thermo-gas-chemical treatment of the oil reservoir; the bottom-hole steam-gas generator is detachable and contains a stationary case lowered on a flow string FS; the generator is pressure tight connected and split from the heat-resistant packer; also the steam-gas generator contains a bottom-hole extracted part lowered on the hose-cable; this part consists of the electric heater and of remote thermometers for temperature measuring in a combustion chamber of the bottom-hole steam-gas generator and in steam-gas mixture at a bottom-hole zone; the logging cable is made out of polymer material and contains a hollow channel for supplying pilot oil, and electric, power and signal channels; the tank for run-time fuel store is connected to a suction line of the fuel pump, a pressure line of this pump is connected to an internal cavity of the FS; the tank for run-time store of water is connected to the suction line of the water pump, the pressure line of which is connected to annular space of the well via a gate; through the process control station a regulated drive of the fuel pump is connected with the remote thermometer for measuring temperature in the combustion chamber of the bottom-hole steam-gas generator; the regulated drive of the water pump is connected to the remote thermometer for measuring temperature of stem-gas mixture in the bottom-hole zone at specified points. The procedure of thermo-gas-treatment of the oil reservoir and completion of production and pressure wells implementing the above said installation consists in pumping fuel-water solution of carbamide and ammonium nitrate, in initiating exothermal reaction in the bottom-hole zone of the well by means of the lowered electric heater, in regulating this reaction in the bottom-hole steam-gas generator of the said installation and in completion of the said wells. The invention is developed in dependant claims.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of thermo-gas-chemical treatment of bottom-hole zone of well.
