FIELD: food products.

SUBSTANCE: lime tree flowers are consequently extracted with liquid carbon dioxide and drinking water to obtain CO2-miscella and water extract. Tea waste products are mixed with nonpolar liquefied gas, extracted and minced with repeating pressure release in the extraction mixture to the pressure lower of extract saturated vapour at extracting temperature. Extract and extraction cake are separated. Then the last is slurred in water solution of food acid. Calcium and magnesium salt of carbonic acid and water extract of lime tree flowers is added to the liquor. It is formed, dried to the residual moisture of 13-15%, cut, and soaked with CO2-miscella of lime tree flowers and gas-liquid extract of tea waste products with simultaneous pressure increase. Then pressure is released to atmosphere with simultaneous freezing of soaked carbon dioxide and the last is sublimated to obtain the target product in the leftover.

EFFECT: reconstituted tea production from tea waste products with full usage of the mentioned waste products.
