SUBSTANCE: method provides for extraction of schizandra by liquid nitrogen with separation of appropriate miscella, preparation of artichoke, apples and black chokeberry, cutting of artichoke and apples and their drying in microwave field at specified process parametres, drying of black chokeberry in microwave field at specified process parametres, roasting of artichoke, finish drying of apples and black chokeberry by convection method, mixing artichoke, apple and black chokeberry as per mass ratio of 10:9:1, impregnation of produced mixture by separated miscella with simultaneous pressure rise, pressure drop down to atmospheric one with simultaneous freezing of mixture and its cryo-grinding in medium of released nitrogen.
EFFECT: preparation of flavoured coffee drink using non-waste technology.
