FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to phthisiology and physiotherapy. The therapy represents antituberculous therapy in accordance with conventional regimens according to standard modes. Besides, starting from the first day of treatment, the patient is exposed to red radiation flux of wavelength 640 nm and infra-red radiation of wavelength 840 nm, total density 2 mW/cm2. The exposure covers lung and liver fit regions on palms, antecubital fossae, vertebra prominens and point 4GI. The exposure is contactless and distanced 1-2 cm from skin surface for 1 minute per each region. Therapeutic course includes 20 daily procedures.
EFFECT: therapy improves clinical effectiveness of pulmonary tuberculosis treatment on the basis of decay cavities closure and abacillation factors due to activation of adaptation mechanisms of organism.
