FIELD: instrument engineering.
SUBSTANCE: wing base of a printing tower comprises at least one rotated offset cylinder and one coupled printing cylinder of at least one printing system that is interfaced to an inking unit. According to one version, the printing tower accommodates at least three cylinders interacting within the printing system. At least two of three such cylinders are mounted in linear bearing and movable along an adjusting direction (S). Each movable cylinder is provided in a mounting assembly intended therefor only. The adjusting direction (S) forms an angle (β) equal to maximum 15° with a joining plane E; E'; E". Herewith, length of a bearing tool of said linear bearing is less than diametre of the coupled cylinder of the printing system. According to the second version of the printing tower, at least one cylinder is mounted in the linear bearing and movable along the adjusting direction (S). Herewith the length of cylinders with a tip and two front pivot bolts is less or equal to clearance of wing bases.
EFFECT: invention allows combining sizes of cylinders, reducing oscillations and assembly height, provides simplicity of installation and maintenance.
