FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy and is to be used for fabrication of coins and jewellery. The alloy has the following composition, wt %: gold - 44.0-48.0%; silver - 42.0-44.0%; indium - 2.0-3.0%; iridium - 2.0-3.0%; aluminium - 5.0-7.0%. Ultimate tensile strength of the alloy is equal to approximately 60 kgf/mm2.
EFFECT: improvement of the alloy strength.
