FIELD: oil-and-gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rock-destroying tool, particularly to boring rolling cutter bit. Boring rolling cutter bit, containing claw with inclined spindle and installed on it by means of peripheral roller bearing and locking assembly milling cutter with cylindrical cutter picks of different diametre. Inner cavities of milling cutter in peripheral part are implemented with long slots, allowing in cross section shape in the form of a cylinder and formative separator for roller bearing. Milling cutter of straight bit are armed by cutter picks of different diametre, herewith cylindrical cutter picks of big diametre are installed between long slots of milling cutter. It is provided option of lighting of peripheral teeth row by two rows of cylindrical cutter picks, herewith cutter picks of big diametre are located alternate with cutter picks of minor diametre and with displacement of the second row relative to grooves of milling cutter to the side of straight bit axis. Additionally the latter are installed in plane of symmetry of milling cutter's long slot.
