FIELD: oil-and-gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metrological assurance of geophysical and commercial wells, particularly for investigations and development testing of new types of inclinometres, particularly for setting, regulation, calibration and balancing of its sensitive components. Unit contains stand in the form of plate, implemented in the form of toothed gear and two vertical struts (VS), basis-platform with fastener assembly to fixed platform, the second platform with cantilevered differential axles, which through revolution rests are fixed to top parts of VS, three discs of single-enveloping wormgear drives (SWD). The first disk - is located horizontally on basis-platform on bearings with fixation by means of spring-load disk with adjusting screw, the second - is rigidly fixed to cylinder of fastener assembly of inclinometre body, the third - is fixed in vertical plane. Parallel to disks there are installed three limbs of rough indication of angles, three verniers for accurate reading of angles, three spring-loaded single-enveloping wormgear drives, connected by worm toothing to disks. Stand is simultaneously the first disk of single-enveloping wormgear drives. Additionally VS is rigidly fixed to the first disk of single-enveloping wormgear drives. Overhung differential axles with revolution supports, implemented in the form of plain bearings, are outfitted by bob-weights with regulated cargos and collet closers (CC) at ends. One of overhung differential axles is outfitted by rotation fixer in the form of CC with eccentric with ability of fixation in different position. Fastener assembly of inclinometer body is implemented in the form of elongated cylinder with CC at ends. Put into plain bearing in box, located between VS and rigidly fixed to the second dick of single-enveloping wormgear drives. The first limb of rough reading of angles is fixed to the first disk of single-enveloping wormgear drive, and the first nonius for accurate reading of angles is rigidly fixed to body of the first single-enveloping wormgear drive. The second limb of the rough reading of angles is rigidly fixed to fastening assembly of inclinometre body, and the second nonius for accurate reading of angles is rigidly fixed to box, located between VS. The third limb of the rough reading of angles is rigidly fixed on overhung differential axle of one of VS, and the third nonius for accurate reading of angles is rigidly fixed to mentioned VS. Additionally single-enveloping wormgear drives are outfitted by mechanisms of engagement and disengagement in the form of rotary eccentrics with fixation in two different positions. For doth sides of eccentric travel there are installed rubber insertion for spring loading of single-enveloping wormgear drives travel.
EFFECT: task solution of measurement accuracy increasing and maintainability.
