FIELD: sport.

SUBSTANCE: device for training and reaching newcomer weight-lifter contains a base with supports. Program unit and two supports adjusted along movement perpendicularly to bar in the horizontal plane. Each support has a partial section from top to bottom, but not lower than a half of the diametre of a loading plate from the base, also each support has six horizontal telescopic rods: two of them are fixed, and four-removable. Each of rods consists of two section, one of which is adjusted to a cross slide, the second one is removable. Four cross slides are removable, and two one are fixed, lower and higher one. Fabric rubber shock absorber is put through five cross slides, and a pin connected with fabric rubber shock absorber is put through the sixth cross slide, the higher one. The removable cross slides are fixed on the fabric rubber shock absorber. A scale indicating calculated height of a weight-lifter making physical action is placed on each support on the opposite side of the fifth removable one from the bottom of horizontal telescopic rod. Bearers are made with the possibility of being fixed in the horizontal position during physical action and each bearer has a counterweight and plumb directed vertically and down and adjustable resistor mechanically connected with the spring-loaded roller. Resistors are energised from a stabilised power supply of the block. Flexible inextensible lead of the third peripheral sensor of the bar vertical movement is attached to the bar centre. A notch is made in the base for mounting forth peripheral sensor - strain-gauge platform for measuring reaction force of the platform when a weight - lifter makes physical actions. The control unit is also equipped with a computer having: ''mouse'', keyboard, display and system block.

EFFECT: enhancement of quality training of newcomer weight-lifters.
