SUBSTANCE: use: for materials quality control. The ultrasonic device for materials quality control contains the synchroniser, the oscillator and the radiating acoustical converter connected in series, the receiving acoustical converter, the amplifier and the threshold device connected in series, and also the digital counter-indicator connected with the synchroniser, the first and second "AND" circuits; it is supplied with the first trigger, the counter of pulses and the first indicator connected in series, the inverting amplifier and the second threshold device connected in series and switched on between the receiving acoustical converter and the second "AND" circuit, the second trigger and the second indicator connected in series, the counter - scale-of-three circuit, switched on between the synchroniser and the counter of the pulses which first output is connected with the second input of the digital counter - indicator, and second - with operating input of the oscillator; each of the "AND" circuits is connected with the first input of the matching trigger, trigger outputs are connected crosswise to the second inputs of "AND" circuits, and the second inputs - to the synchroniser, and the first threshold device is connected to the first input of the first "AND" circuit.
EFFECT: increase of control accuracy.
