SUBSTANCE: invention concerns agricultural engineering. Lump crusher includes two tanks, each made in the form of frontal discs with elastic cover, mounted on a shaft. Top tank is connected to shaft by helical springs with internal ends attached to drive shaft and external ends attached to frontal discs of tank, and can perform axial and angular movement against the shaft. Top tank is connected to drive shaft by coaxial unidirectional helical springs which enable additional angular movement in the drive shaft plane.

EFFECT: efficient destruction of soil lumps, reduced damage to tubers.
