SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for coffee substitutes production. Method includes extraction of dill seeds by liquid nitrogen with miscella separation, preparation of girasol, its cutting, drying in microwave field at preset process parametres and frying, drying of grape wastes in microwave field at preset process parametres and drying by convective method. Girasol and grape refuses are mixed in mass ratio 3:2, obtained mixture is impregnated by separated miscella with simultaneous pressure boost and depressurisation till atmosphere pressure with simultaneous freezing of mixture and its cryomilling in medium of evolved nitrogen.
EFFECT: excluding of wastes formation.
