FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns agriculture and is intended for forage preparation. Forage is obtained out of milled green, rough, barnyard fodder, rich forage, or of tuberous root cultures, all kinds of cabbage, cucurbits forage plants, whole grain of cereal forage plants, leguminous plants, industrial processing waste of raw plant materials, fermentative and starch production waste without preliminary milling. Forage is prepared by milling and cavitation dispersion, homogenisation and decontamination in 0.3-0.4% aqueous solution of perchloric acid, heating to 60-80°C with further neutralisation of obtained forage by caustic sodium. Forage cereals and leguminous plants are loaded into aqueous solution of perchloric acid at the ratio of 1:(2.5-3). Aggregate includes vat with guide grid, two rows of cutters fixated on drive shaft in sequence, rotor with intake hole and vanes, and stator with cavitation devices. Cavitation devices are positioned in radial pattern inside stator ring and include venture tubes and Borda nozzle installed inside in sequence.
EFFECT: obtainment of liquid forage out of wide raw material range.
