SUBSTANCE: invention is related to metering equipment and may be used, in particular in strain metering. Semi-bridge converter of resistance increment into voltage comprises semi-bridge, two operational amplifiers, source of voltage, three resistors, differential amplifier and summator. Technical result is achieved by compensation of cophased noise current with the help of differential amplifier, resistor and summator. Compensation of cophased noise voltage does not influence frequency characteristic of converter.

EFFECT: improved noise immunity of converter in case of cophased noise action at semi-bridge.
