FIELD: physics, optics.
SUBSTANCE: mirror-lens system of day-round surveillance may be used in optical tracking systems and video cameras with generation of image on CCD-matrix. System comprises lens component in the form of convexo-convex lens with opening in central part, Mangin mirror, arranged in the form of negative meniscus without opening in central part, and focal component. Focal component is made of two positive lenses and is installed in central opening of lens component, behind which CCD-matrix is installed along with direction of beams in plane of the best installation and connected to electronic circuit board of video camera. Behind lens component there is a diaphragming mask with light filter installed. Refractory optical elements of the system are made of the same grade of glass.
EFFECT: provision of mirror-lens system operation independently on time of the day with preservation of high quality of image and stability of optical radiation characteristics in the plane of receiving device.
