FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to gastroenterology and hepatology, and concerns differential diagnostics of cholelithisasis, cholesterosis and gall bladder polyps. Said diagnostics is ensured by detection of parietal gall masses of high echogenicity. Then, Ursosan is introduced in a dose 8-12 mg/kg once during 14-18 days. If echogenicity is lowered with displaced gall masses observed, gall bladder cholesterosis is diagnosed. If displaced gall masses are combined with expansion thereof, cholelithisasis is diagnosed. In case the masses are not displaced, gall bladder polyp is observed.
EFFECT: method provides high diagnostic accuracy for cholelithisasis, cholesterosis and gall bladder polyps.
