FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method for separation of heterogeneous media includes liquid medium filtering through filtering surface at constant feed of the said medium under excessive pressure along the filtering surface, return of the initial medium for repetitive filtering, periodical regeneration of the filtering surface carried out by change of flow rate and pressure of the separated medium passing along the filtering surface with frequency (0.1-1) Hz and pulse ratio from 0.1 to 0.5. The regeneration of filtering surface is carried out during time interval 5-60 s. The ratio of the separated medium consumption during pulsating period and pump working metering characteristic is in the range from 0 to 2. During pulsating period the pressure difference in the flow of separated medium varies from 0 to 3 MPa.
EFFECT: enhancing of filtering process productivity due to periodical regeneration of the filtering surface by pulsating flow of the separated medium.
