FIELD: physics, tests.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to test equipment and may be used in designs of test benches. Device comprises electric motor installed on bed plate and connected to drive shaft, executive drive hinge with hollow crosspiece for fixation of technological drive hinge, loader of static torque, movable frame connected with bed plate by traction rod of alternating length and installed in supports with axis passing through centre of crosspiece rotation. Additionally device is equipped with unbalance fixed on free end of shaft, besides one free end of movable frame is connected serially via elastic element and traction rod of alternating length with bed plate, and on other two ends that are the continuation of frame, additional weights are installed, with the possibility to move relative to axis of frame rocking.
EFFECT: lower energy inputs in bench testing and higher accuracy of tests.
