Body of dial plate base is formed by shape of casing for at least one manual tool - axe, and body of dial plate mark is formed by shape of manual tool - axe, which comprises axe handle with end parts and butt with blade, which are fixed to each other to make split or non-split joint. Besides head of dial plate mark is created by one end part of axe handle, and tailpiece of dial plate mark is created by the other end part of axe handle and butt with blade.
