FIELD: tobacco industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processing technology of tobacco wastes. The method envisages extraction of rose flowers by liquid carbon dioxide with separating corresponding miscella, blending of tobacco material with liquid carbon dioxide, its extraction and grinding with intermittent release of pressure in the extraction mixture of lower pressure of carbon dioxide saturated vapour at a temperature of extraction, separation of miscella and oil cake, combination of received miscellas, suspending of oil cake in food acid aqueous solution, addition of food polyatomic alcohol in the suspension, formation, drying, cutting of the suspension, saturation of the suspension with mixture of miscellas with increasing pressure, pressure release till atmosphere pressure with freezing saturated carbon dioxide and its sublimation with receiving targeted product in residuo.

EFFECT: method allows decreasing duration of processing and receiving reconstituted tobacco with improved organoleptic properties.
