FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of construction and may be used in erection of buildings and other structures walls. Wall comprises bricks joined with their butt surfaces by means of mortar seam. Mortar seam comprises a cavity, axial line of which is installed at the angle from 75° to 90° to bed surface of brick. Cavity is arranged in process of wall erection, and is made with the help of rod, which is impressed into mortar seam, afterwards rod is extracted from seam. Ratio of cavity cross section area to area of mortar seam cross section arranged between butt surfaces makes from 0.1 to 0.5.

EFFECT: lower heat conductivity of wall and improved resistance to motion of sonic waves through wall.
