FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to oil and gas well sinking with hydraulic down-hole engines, and namely to turboprop engines. Turboprop engine consists of the turbine portion of the engine, which includes shaft with axial support, and the screw portion including the screw pair - rotor and stator, flexible shafts, tapered spindle half-couplings, spindle with tapered thread, and connecting adapters. In addition, the turbine portion of the engine contains the adapter located on the shaft of the turbine portion transmitting torque moment to the housing of the engine screw portion. Rotor and stator of the engine screw portion have the right-handed direction of helical teeth cutting. At the bottom of the engine screw portion there is double coaxial spindle with tapered threads.
EFFECT: invention provides improvement of the sinking efficiency, decrease of reaction torque in place, and increase of resistance of the chisel cutting elements to wear and tear.
