FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to construction of oil and gas wells, and namely to devices providing the possibility of pre-drilling rat holes from the wells fixed with the casing liner. The device includes a hollow housing made with the possibility of being connected to the transportation column, the seat located in the housing and provided with a central axial channel, but at least with one peripheral channel and at least one radial channel. There is the locking element for the seat, which is provided with a cylindrical extension piece used for the central axial channel of the seat and having a pocket from the side of the free end face. The device includes central axial channel partition comprising a chamber together with the cylindrical extension piece, a ball located in the chamber, the fixing locking element above the seat and having the possibility of its arranging in the pocket for putting the locking element on the seat in the device operational position. There is a disc with a central axial channel and at least with one peripheral axial channel, which is arranged in the housing above the locking element, the spring-loaded stock located in central axial channel of the disc and connected with one of its ends to that disc, and with the other end - to the locking element. The device consists of the casing liner with a non-return valve, and a deflecting wedge located between the liner and the housing, which is rigidly connected to the lower part of the latter and having the possibility of being rotated about the liner. At that, the disc is connected to the stock and there is a mark on its outer side in alignment with the pocket.

EFFECT: simplifying the device and improving the reliability of fixing the signal of installation of the deflecting wedge in the well in its specified position.
